The People First Pledge has always been a commitment to our students, our employees, our community and other stakeholders. Notice that we used the word stakeholders instead of shareholders as it encompasses more broadly those that help a business succeed. The pledge is our stand for humanity and to use our power to change the world positively for all humans. Especially during these times of COVID19, it's more important to live by a set of core values.
